Much of the management of your account can be done online by logging in here. If you can't remember your password, you may click on "forgot password" at the bottom of the log-in screen.

What if I'm going on vacation and can't pick up my share?
If you are not able to pick up your share while on vacation, out of town, or for another reason, you have two options:
How do I add on additional purchases to pick up with my share?
To make a purchase in addition to your share, log in to your account, click on the green "Store" button on the upper right hand corner of the screen, and browse available items by category (Vegetables, Honey, Meat, and Eggs).

Information on how to pick up your share is available in your account. Log in to your account, click on the grey "Pick-up directions" tab, and specific instructions for pick up will appear on your screen.
How do I add someone to the weekly newsletter or change my contact information?
To change your contact and notification preferences, log in to your account, click on the grey "Contact info" tab, and edit your contact preferences.
How do I sign up for the next session?
To sign up for the next session, log in to your account, click on the green "Add" button near "Subscription" in your Account Summary box and add the session of your choosing.
If you are not able to pick up your share while on vacation, out of town, or for another reason, you have two options:
- You may place a Delivery Hold. This means we will pack a double share of the following week's harvest for you. To place a delivery hold, log in to your account, click on the grey "Delivery hold" tab, and specify the dates you will be gone. You can place up to three delivery holds in a session. If you need more than three holds for some reason, please email us to let us know.
- You may send a friend or family member to pick up a share in your place; please inform them of our pick-up policies and have them bring a sign with your name on it so that we give them the correct share.
