What's in the Share?

Here is an overview of what you may find in your share during a session. We aim for 6-10 different items per week, representing both a variety of nutrients and the crops that look the best in the field or hoophouses that week. We usually harvest within a day of your pick-up so you get the freshest produce available. The exact list of items in a weekly share is unknown until harvest, especially in winter when weather dictates most of what we do. After a cold snap, some winter-grown veggies are still doing great while others lose quality or need time to recover. We keep an eye on the crops until harvest, and take the best selection available every week.

Our sessions correspond to MSU's semester schedule, so many items will overlap from one session to the next. Items are listed roughly in order of their appearance in the share.
